3rd Park Hospital is a leading healthcare provider dedicated to delivering advanced, compassionate, and personalized care. We are seeking an experienced Quality Improvement & Patient Safety; Infection Prevention & Control Nurse to join our team and ensure the highest standards of patient safety, especially within our surgical facility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement Quality Improvement and Patient Safety programs.
- Conduct quality audits and analyze findings for process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with infection prevention protocols and provide staff training.
- Monitor infection surveillance data and address potential outbreaks.
- Foster a culture of patient safety and infection control within the hospital.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BScN) with valid licensure from the Nursing Council of Kenya.
- 5+ years of nursing experience, with 3+ years in infection control or quality improvement.
- Knowledge of healthcare standards (WHO, CDC), quality audits, and infection prevention protocols.
